Shipping Terms

Fadlahshop dispatches all orders within 2 - 5 business days of purchase (a business day is Monday-Friday). Once dispatched, your package will arrive in the shipping time frame selected at checkout.  

Free Shipping: 

Free US shipping with purchases of $75 or more. Free Canada and Australia shipping with purchases of $150 or more.  

International Purchases Disclosure:  

If you are shipping to a location outside of the U.S please be advised that Fadlahshop has no control over delays that may occur (not always the case) due to customs.  Your country depending upon their regulations may impose an import tax and charge you at the delivery. The usual time frame may be anywhere from 5- 21 days.  

Customs: 

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country. 

Tracking Information: 

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking may not be available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
